8oz smoked salmon (see glazed smoke salmon marinade link)
8oz penne
1cup alfredo sauce (I use my homemade white sauce or in a pinch, light Classico)
1/4cup parmesan cheese
2pinch parsley
2pinch oregano
1cup spinach
1/2cup onion
